Hill Physicians Medical Group Whistleblower Site
This site is not affiliated with, and does not represent, Hill Physicians
Medical Group, Chief Legal Officer Ryan Oliver, or other parties directly
or indirectly associated with the organization.
This is a nominative use
website created in the public interest.
A reasonable person might conclude, upon review, that Hill Physicians
is in violation of State and/or Federal laws as well as regulatory
rules and that Ryan Oliver's
statements and actions have risen to the level of attorney
misconduct.
There are multiple legitimate and reasonable purposes to a site of this
type. These include public posting of documentation, requests for
information related to potential litigation,
disclosure of events to
potential clients of the business, and the
start of a non-commercial
public interest book on the subject of misconduct by organizations
and the general lack of recourse that is available to members
of the public.
Pro Tip: Only one purpose needs to be found to have merit for a site of this
type to be protected in litigation.
This site is hosted in EU jurisdiction. Some legal actions will need
to take place under EU as opposed to US litigation rules. Pro Tip:
Under EU rules, litigants aren't likely to recover legal or other
costs.
THE STORY
The story will be added here. The short version is that Blue Shield
has conducted an investigation and its findings of fact suggest
that Chief Legal Officer of HPMG, Ryan Oliver, has lied in writing
and is now issuing anonymous threats to cover up Blue Shield's
findings.
Blue Shield's findings will not be covered up. They will be posted here as
will the demand letter that will ultimately be served on the CEO and Board
Members of Hill Physicians.
Cast of characters:
Ryan Oliver, HPMG Chief Legal Officer : Pusillanimous attorney. Not
especially skilled in business or litigation per se, though he's
presumably qualified for his specific role. Ryan has handled a
business situation ineptly and is now believed to be sending anonymous
threats to cover this up.
Brooke Cline, HPMG administrative lead : Brooke wears multiple hats
and they conflict at times. Due to the need to balance priorities,
she may be putting the safety of members of the general public at
risk. She does have a sense of humor but at the same time
she lacks objectivity.
David Joyner HPMG CEO : Mr. Joyner has apparently told Ryan Oliver
to get the current matter out of the public eye by any means
necessary. The problem with this is that, actually, Ryan has no
means to do so. No, no RO will do so. Nor will a defamation
action. Hill Physicians will lose both types of actions and either
will cost the organization $75,000 to $150,000 and up.
How is this writer able to assert this? Simple. He's been dealing with
attorneys for decades and has never lost. He has never even finalized
a Court settlement in a case against him.
